Dragon Slayers, Ho!

It'd been mighty kind of all of the Hokage's horses and all of the Hokage's men to Let Gwynevere and her Dragon into the village! She'd been expecting a little bit more  resistance, but hey she wasn't going to complain. That just proved what sort of honorable man this hokage fellow was. He was being kind enough to let Gwyn borrow a ninja after all. She knocked excitedly on the Hokage's door. She couldn't wait to meet... The other dragon slayer!

She was sure that the hokage was cool and all, but Another Dragon slayer! Who were they like, what did they act like. What was their dragon? Oh man what could it do? All the dragons were so wildly different she wanted to meet them all!

She knocked, and knocked, and would keep on knocking until someone answered the door. She was so very, very excited to meet everyone.

Kirito had received a response from the Lady Mizukage saying she would arrive shortly. He was sitting at his desk toiling over paperwork when the knocking started....and continued repeatedly. He could only assume it was the Mizukage as he had sensed her entering Tanzaku shortly before the knocking began. "Enter." he would say as he sat up ready to meet the leader of Water Country. He had sent a letter to the young Dragon Slayer in question saying for him to come to the Hokage office so he should be arriving shortly. First, he wanted to speak with Lady Gwynevere alone.

The Door Flew open with Gusto as The Leader of the land of water entered into the Hokage's office. Princess Gwynevere Terumi stood only slightly taller than 3 feet tall. Her distinctive pink hiar ended around her should. And her ever blushing cheeks gave her a childish look. It wasn't that hard because as far as anyone could tell... The Mizukage was a nine year old girl.

"Greetings and salutations Sir Hokage! I Bow in deference to you and your hospitality!" She did indeed. She did bow to him. She pointed to a spot above his desk and squinted an eye. "I'm thinking that would be a pretty good place to mount your bran new dragon's head!"

The door to his office had flew open to reveal the Mizukage who was.........a nine year old girl!? That certainly was unexpected. Kirito had expected at least a young woman. His first thought was that she must be exceptionally strong if she had managed to become Mizukage at her age. Gwynevere had bowed upon entering the office and then pointed to a spot above Kirito's head and announced "I'm thinking that would be a pretty good place to mount your bran new dragon's head!"

Kirito couldn't help but laugh at that and show his smile to the young Mizukage. "Indeed it would be a good place for it!" he said still laughing a little. "Welcome to Tanzaku Lady Mizukage. I hope you had a safe trip. I have been looking forward to meeting you for some time now so when I received your letter i simply had to ask you to come here." he would say to the girl. Her enthusiasm was intoxicating. He couldn't help but to smile with her in the room. He would await a response before deciding to continue.

"Well Thank you!" Gwynevere chirped sitting herself down in a chair. She had to jump to reach it, and her legs didn't even come close to touching the floor. "When I came to this land I considered coming here, instead of Umi. Good Thing I didn't he?" She let out a giggle. "Well I'm glad my name has met your ears. Thought I'm not sure I did anything to deserve. The only cool thing I've done was in a pitched fever dream." She paused in remembrance. "Any way. Was there a Reason you wanted to see me. Or were you just seduced by the tales of my beauty?"

Gwynevere had sat down in a chair, her small legs not even touching the ground as she addressed Kirito. She made a joke about him being seduced by tales of her beauty which he laughed at before answering her question. "Right. I asked you here mainly because I like to personally meet the other leaders but also because I had heard that an acquaintance of mine, Arcanis, has offered you a proposal. I was wondering what you had decided to do since i have yet to be informed on whether you made a decision." he would pause a moment at this point before adding one last thing. "Your answer will have no effect on your request to borrow Jun Watarase, I am simply curious to know what has happened. I do plan on moving forward in peace with you and hopefully becoming allies and even friends if you are agreeable." were Kirito's last words before he waited patiently for the Mizukage's answer.

Omg were all Kage's so boring? She'd meet four in her time in this land, and all they seemed to care about was getting her to join their little club. Did they get a commission or something?

Eh Gwyn bit her tongue and told the truth. "I told him thanks but no thanks." And that's all there was to it.

"I told him thanks but no thanks."

Kirito couldn't help himself. He let out a long laugh and then the biggest smile crept across his face. "I bet he wasn't too happy about that. He will get over it. Don't worry I'll back you." he said to Gwynevere still laughing. The fact that this seemingly nine year old girl refused Arcanis legitimately amused him and he was actually glad that she had. Where was the fun in everyone following a single leader? "Anyway Jun should be arriving any moment now. I just wanted to get that out of the way before our real business." he would say still smiling and every so often stifling a laugh. He figured he would ask Gwynevere some questions about Dragon Slayers to kill time while they waited. "So tell me Gwynevere, what's it like being a Dragon Slayer? Do you get to ride your dragon and fly around? That must be really fun. I bet that's how you traveled here. Man I wish I had a dragon for a partner." Kirito couldn't help himself, he was just excited to learn more about the Dragon Slayers.

Jun held his breath as he knocked upon the door of the Hokage's office. Good grief! Meeting Two Kage in one day. This was quite the turn of events huh? His heart was thumping in his chest but he did everything he could to stand as tall as possible. He had to make a good first Impression on both of them! The hokage... well because the was the leader of Jun's Village.

The Mizukage because... well. If Jun really was going to be fighting a dragon he wanted to make sure that the people around him like him! It wouldn't' do him any good of they just ended up feeding him to a bloodthirsty dragon now would it?

When he is let in, he'll bow deeply to his two supperiors, and present himself as Jun Watarase.

"It's awesome." Gwynevere announced. "My Dragon is the most beautiful kind being I've ever met in my life." She was squirming just thinking about Igraine. She giggled. "She's my best friend. I curl up with her all the time, and nap. Yeah Igraine can fly, but she's a much better swimmer. That's actually how we got here. She can swim faster than a bird can fly!" Gwynevere could have bragged about her dragon and the bond that she had with her for hours, but was cut short by a presence at the door.

"Oh there he is!" Gwyn squeaked excitedly jumping to her feet, and running to the door. She flew it open and nearly fainted at the image that was presented before her. "Oh my gosh!" She squealed leaping onto Jun like a sloth and hugging him. "You're so pretty! I thought you'd be a boy! Oh my gosh, oh my gosh! Why is everyone in this village so beautiful? I wanna look just like you when I'm a women. We even have the same pink hair! I'm so glad to have another girl in the group! You're gonna be my Big Sister Jun!"

Gwynevere had excitedly started telling Kirito about her dragon Igraine and looked like she would have happily kept going when she was interrupted by a knocking at the door. "Oh there he is!" she said as she hopped down from her chair and flung open the door to reveal Jun. Gwynevere instantly squealed and hugged the newcomer spouting off how everyone in this village was so beautiful and she wanted Jun to be her big sister. Kirito again started laughing at the pure energy the young Mizukage emanated. Still laughing Kirito too would greet Jun. "Jun! I'm glad you could make it! The overexcited girl hugging you is Princess Gwynevere, the Mizukage of the Land of Water. She has come to personally escort you back with her for the Hunt!"

Arcanis's Seals would kick on at the trigger words being said in the conversation.

Jun opened then closed his mouth several times as he felt the young girl clamp onto him like a sloth. That'd certainly been the last thing he'd ever expected to greet him at the door. He listened to Kirito speak and could hardly believe his ears. Was a girl so young actually the leader of an entire village? Ah man! Jun could be so awesome right now if he hadn't run away to join the circus! Why didn't he stay in school?

The Mizukage was speaking a millions words a minute and Jun could hardly keep up with it all. Well it wasn't that hard to catch the meaning if he couldn't understand the words. By now Jun was used to it. Besides how could he be upset when she was so cute? "Well it's a pleasure to meet you Lady Mizukage. I'm glad to be under your wing. I'll make You Proud, First Hokage!"

Just as he was saying one of that he felt his left knee buckle under both his and Gwyn's weight. He stumbled backwards out of the office, as he clumsily back peddled. Before tripped and with Gwyn still hanging on him, began to tumble down an inconvenitely placed staircase.

Gwynevere let out a small squeak as she felt Jun Plunge Backwards. "Eeeek!" She gasped as she clung tighter to her big sister. Through a great comedy of errors they flew out the door, down the hallway, slipped on a banana, narrowly dodged crashing into a pane of glass that two plumbers were carrying out of the office, and down the stairs. "Okay! Ow! I love you! Ow! I'll Bring her Back safe! Ow ow ow! Clear off that space above your desk!" CRASH. "Ouch."

(Exit)

Gwyn and Jun would tumble backwards in a very comedic series of unfortunate events and Gwyn would shout back that she would keep Jun safe and for Kirito to clear off the spot she had picked out for the dragon's head above Kirito's desk. Kirito just smiled and shook his head. He knew they would be ok and was looking forward to hearing about the hunt when they returned. When they were finally out of sight Kirito would get back to his paperwork.
