What it does: The user focuses ice into the shape of a dragon, which then proceeds to fly towards the enemy and crash into it. If the attack is successful, and the victim has less than 50 health, their body will suffer from hypothermia. The dragon is about 10m long, with a wingspan equal to its length. The dragon forms and flies at 100 speed. If the target moves, but the dragon is not more than 100m of its starting position it may change direction and attack again. If the dragon never leaves the 100m range, it can last up to 5 posts.
