Appearance: The ground within range becomes spongy as vile water begins to seep up from the ground. Trees loose their leafs and twist and gnarl. More Importantly the ground beneath our feet begins to meld with the fetid lands that Liliana has visited in the past. Dead bodies and corpses begin to saturate the underground.
What it does: The air becomes Vile, anything with less than 30 health chokes on the smog and dies. All others lose 10 health per turn. Those with 80 health of above are immune. So is Liliana, of course.
With the ground Saturated with Dead bodies. Any Undead Summons cost half the Points to bring into the world. It's simply a matter of digging them up.

Backstory: Humans have this annoying habit of burying their dead in a specific location, and not just letting Dead bodies lay everywhere. This makes a necromancer's job a little hard when they need dead bodies with no grave yard near. So Liliana created a jutsu to Transform the surrounding area into a swamp just ripe with dead bodies eager to serve her.
