What it does: Lightning Cannon is pretty self explanatory, upon activation of the mangekyou sharingan a bolt of black lightning 50m in diameter shoots from Hikari's left Mangekyou Sharingan causing anything that is caught within the ray that has less health than the power to be instantly vaporized from the extreme heat the blast produces, any higher health will paralyze the person who is attacked for 3 posts due to the electricity coursing through their body. Doing this causes the eye to bleed slightly from the strain put on it from holding so much chakra within, similarly to jutsu such as Amaterasu.

Backstory: After obtaining the Mangekyou Sharingan, Hikari had found that through pushing her lightning chakra through it she could amplify her attacks greatly. So of course going completely overboard, she tried to do so again blowing a giant crater into the moons surface yet again and discovering a new technique.
