Name of Mechanism: Lightning Cannon
What it does: The Lightning cannon is a 3ft long with a barrel with a diameter of 6ft to be mounted within the mouth of a puppet which on command shoots a lazer beam with the same diameter as the barrel widening to 15ft after reaching 25m with a range of 50m and a power of [Rank Value]. This cannon however has a long reload time for the seals within to recharge and build up lightning chakra so once fired the cannon goes on a 4 post cooldown.
Bonus Requirements for Installation: A Rank puppet or higher, have a puppet mouth which can fit the cannon within.
