What it does:
Using this technique, the user creates a large dragon of yellow lightning energy, which he/she
will use to attack his or her target through an electrical bite from the dragon formed.
Dragon can only be created 15 meters around the user but can travel its full distance of 40 meters. Strength of the lightning dragon is B while the speed is capped at C.
