What it does:The user gains telekenetic powers by manipulating things with invisible spirit arms.
the user can manipulate up to 6 arms with a range of this jutsu's range. the arms have the speed and strength of the jutsu's speed and power. As they are mental projections they don't actually have a health or even a tangible form.
These arms are capable of interacting with chakra.
This technique can only be obtained once an MS technique is known by both right and left eyes. (Like the susano'o)
