What it does: The user inhales deeply, before spewing an icy mist out. The ice mist is a debuff jutsu, as well as a good tool for hiding or escaping. First, it makes it harder to see, similar to the Hidden Mist Jutsu. Then it applies a debuff of one rank so S rank speed will drop to A rank, to both speed and strength, as it becomes harder to move in the mist, though a fire jutsu can dispel the mist, and negate the debuff. The victims can always set themselves on fire to avoid the debuff effect. The debuff can be resisted by a person S rank and above. Wordcount to learn: 4000 Chakra Cost: S Bonus Requirements: Yuki/Learn From Esdeath Backstory: Tired of people focusing on solely speed, Esdeath created a mist to act as a deterrent. The strength debuff was a pleasant surprise.
