What it does: this jutsu originate from the users right eye. 2 Black wind blades are created moving towards the opponent at a speed of this jutsu speed with a sharpness of this jutsu's power. perpendicular to the eye sight line from either side of the opponent. once they collide they turn into 100 smaller arcs that dance around in a cloud of wind blades dicing anything in the cloud the cloud itself can be moved and manipulated by the user but not the individual blades. the cuts of this blade are so fine that the opponent wouldn't even feel the blade cut nor would they start bleeding till the post after they get cut unless they exert themselves in which the wound would explode blood flying out like in the animes. However if they don't they could potentially heal themselves before too much damage is done.
