Special Abilities: 
Zap: Defying all possible logic Brastias is able to breath lightning!If hit by the lightning the opponent is paralyzed for two turns unless they have B Ranked health to resist. B Ranked cost,speed, and damage.
If the bolt of lighting hit's someone it can travel to a new target at a cost of C.
3 turn cool down.


Surge: Brastias is able to perform a unique form of Body Flicker. Transforming himself into pure lightning and zaping himself any where he pleases. He moves at his top speed + 3 Ranks. And because he is not in a physical form he is able to pass through living tissue and conductive metals without doing harm to either. Earth how ever would stop him instantly.  B cost, 3 turn cool down.


Overload: Upon Command Brastias can detonate a current of lighting early, breaking it apart into multiple arcs of lighting. The lightning explodes into a 10M wide cone of lightning. The lightning maintains the same stats as Zap. D cost.


Rolling Thunder: Brastias can transform into thunder clouds, and ascend into the sky. (His Speed). Once in the sky, the sky grows clouded and stormy, While in his cloud form, and inside a storm Brastias' zap ability is enchanced.

He is able to strike anyone beneath the clouds increasing his range drastically. 

When zap is cast in this form it target's all opponents within range. (1 per opponent)

While in his cloud form physical attacks can't harm him, similarly as he's a mass of whirling electric clouds genjutsu also has no effect on him.
While in the sky he forms a storm 100M in diameter, with himself in the center.

Zap wouldnt be able to absorb and transfer chakra but it can have a paralysis effect. Make the speed a static 100. Give it a cooldown of 3 posts


Surge needs a speed for merging and unmerging. Give it a 3 post cooldown as well.


Rolling thunder needs a defined range
