Hylian Harp-All Healing Spirit [LW]

This ability of the harp lets the user strum the strings of the harp in a melodic way of which creates a giant light box of 30x30meters of the user which as long as the user stands in the box for each post the user will gain B rank chakra capacity back.  The box will last for two posts and has a cool down of 4 posts, requires S rank chakra capacity, if the user is a medical ninja of S or higher then it requires B rank Chakra capacity instead.
