Hylian Harp-Din's Rage {Lw

This ability of the harp lets the user strum the strings of the harp in a melodic way of which creates a red circle of 5 meters radius in a 10 meter range.  This circle acts like a target spot for a homing fire blast to fall out of the sky to strike at the strength of SS and speed of S.  This attack requires a 1 post charge, has a cool down of 4 posts and requires S rank chakra Capacity if the user is a Fire Release user then requires B rank Chakra capacity instead.
