Hylian Harp-Nayru's Love [LW]

This ability of the harp lets the user strum the strings of the harp in a melodic way of which conjures a water wave that surrounds the user's body in a 1meter diameter.  This water wave circles around the user at the speed of S and has the strength of SS and keeps the user from getting struck from physical attacks, this water force field can last till it is struck or 3 posts are up, this has a cool down of 4 posts and requires S rank chakra Capacity if the user is a Water Release user then requires B rank chakra capacity instead.
