What it does: The seal allows the user access to Creation Rebirth techniques and variants. It has no combat use by itself. In order to use it, it must be formed/placed by the user in character, and will remain on the user permanently. You can only place the seal on yourself, placing it on someone else is impossible.

Bonus Requirements: Free to Creation Rebirth users. User does not need Fuin techniques to know this jutsu as it is only a symbol for Creation Rebirth and its variants.
