What it does: This is a Kinjutsu technique that, once learned, allows the user to permanently be able to control up to 100 puppets. This allows the puppet user to create up to 10 chakra threads from each finger and lowers the chakra thread requirement for every rank of puppet to 1 chakra thread to manipulate them.

This technique costs 1 SS rank anytime you wish to use more than the normal amount of allowed puppets. Once activated, there is no chakra cost until the user wishes to use this technique again. The puppets able to be controlled via this technique are limited by the puppets rank. While using this technique, in addition to the normal limit of puppets you may manipulate, the puppet user may manipulate 10 S rank puppets, 15 A rank puppets, 20 B rank puppets, 25 C rank puppets and 30 D rank puppets except for the puppets normally allowed.

For example, if someone with SS rank in puppetry has this technique, they may manipulate 20 puppets of any rank they choose, but for the other 80 puppets they must follow the rules of the allowed puppet ranks stated above.

I can limit it to 2.

I'm not quite sure why this would require a chakra cost if chakra threads don't require a cost to use and this only lets you make more threads and control up to 100 puppets. I can make this into a limited skill instead if that helps.


That being said, what would you like me to do about the chakra cost?
