Appearance:
Viens would reconstruct into the users skin as if chakra was flowing through them causing a tight Constriction in the body.

What it does:
This jutsu enhances the strength in a punch by one full rank up in strength to what ever the current strength is on the users stats. The way this jutsu works is chakra flows from outside into the arms of which enters into the blood stream causing viens to constrict and increases the strength causing physical damage to who ever is hit. The resistance to getting injured is having equal to or higher than the Rank the strength that is added onto the user's stats.

Backstory:
This jutsu was used before to help alter the physical and mental strength of a ninja to help fight for longer durations as well as keep from getting ill, eventually it became dark as it was used to alter the strength instead of preventing illnesses to cause more damage.
