What it does: The Lightning Flash skill is a mastery of the Flying Thunder God technique. Kirito Senju has become so proficient in the use of the Flying Thunder God technique that the technique requires substantially less chakra for Kirito to use it. This skill drops the chakra cost of the Flying Thunder God technique to C rank for teleporting Kirito himself. When teleporting other objects or people the original chakra cost remains the same.

NOTE: This can never stack with other cost reducers.
