For starters, no topic in this forum will need approval. For all intents and purposes, this forum acts as an IC trading board, requests for jobs, items, anything being posted. Anything can be traded, but any job request or such must be done in an actual topic, before the trade is complete. That is to say, you may place a job request to kill a certain person, but until that person is dead, the one doing the job may not get the reward, unless it is a prepaid job, which is up to the job creator. Further, only items which the player already has may be traded. Ryo is an acceptable trade. Not all trades will be equal, nor do they have to be. Players may not trade with their Alts.
The template for these requests does not exist. It does not need a template, just put in a post what you are requesting/offering and go from there. This is an almost entirely player-controlled part of the forum, with staff only being involved if abuse or rule breaking occurs.
