Appearance: A small replica of the item will form upon the user's left forearm, it will be scaled down to two inches at it's biggest point.
What it does: It seals any non-living object upwards to 2,000 pounds within a tattoo on the user's body. They can unseal the item at any time they wish within five meters of themselves, they may seal any object within five meters of themselves as well. This does not clone the item, rather it just cuts and pastes rather than copies.
