What it does: The user begins to act like they are drunk and bob and weave falling over and even going to sleep. these are all just feints to put the opponent off balance and to confuse them.
While in this stance the user gains +1 health, strength and mental sharpness while the opponent gains -1 reaction time. there is no resistance as this comes from simply not being able to predict the drunken Fist users attack. (Obviously you still have to rp like your drunk.)
This jutsu can stack with other tai jutsu techniques.
This style is however very taxing on the user and there for they must pay 1 C ranks worth of chakra per post after the initial A rank.
