 What it does:  The user focuses their chakra out every tenketsu much like in the 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation technique.  This allows the user to attack an enemy even when restricted.  

Anything within 1 meter of the user is attacked by the users chakra.  this of course is controllable by the user (obviously they can choose not to destroy their own clothing or equipment.  In fact they can choose selectively what they attack with the burst of chakra.  This technique can be used to rip bindings apart of C Rank health or lower. Bindings with B-Rank health and above are unaffected.

The chakra blast has a speed and power of C rank, costs 1 C rank per usage
