What it does: The user focuses their chakra out every tenketsu much like in the 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation technique. This allows the user to attach an enemy even when restricted.
Anything within 1 foot of the user is attacked by the users chakra. this of course is controlable by the user (obviously they can choose not to destroy their own clothing or equipment. In fact they can choose selectively what they attack with the burst of chakra. This technique can be used to rip bindings apart and any chakra based substance is compromised by the gentle fist style destroying it regardless of health of the substance.
