What it does: The user begins to act like they are drunk and bob and weave falling over and even going to sleep. these are all just feints to put the opponent off balance and to confuse them.
While in this stance the user gains reaction speed equal to the power of the jutsu and the opponent loses it. there is no resistance as this comes from simply not being able to predict the drunken Fist users attack. (Obviously you still have to rp like your drunk.)
This jutsu can stack with other tai jutsu techniques.
This style is however very taxing on the user and there for they must pay 10 CP per post. any type of damage inflicted by the opponent cancels the jutsu as the opponent gains a hold on the users movements.
