What it does: The user performs the required hand seal(s) and compresses chakra in their body, building it up to unleash a massive dragon-head shaped fireball. The dragon-headed fireball can be skillfully manipulated by the user for course change. It also generates enough heat to raise the humidity and call in storm clouds.

Take out that stuff on double fireball, range is a solid single number (for example, the range of my judgement of God is 125m) change that and your all set
