What it does: After analyzing a Fuinjutsu seal or barrier the user is capable of using this jutsu to release the seal or disrupt a barrier with a power less than this jutsu's power.
This jutsu can be used to release Bijuu from their hosts. However this also means that there will be a rampaging Bijuu free of it's jinchuriki. Uzumaki are the only ones who can effect the seal on a jinchuriki to release the Bijuu being they are the only ones who know how the seal works.
