What it does:
This technique allows the user to create an invisible bubble around them, it doesn't do any particular damage alone, but it is a used as a conduct for genjutsu/Fuinjutsu. The field is used so that if anyone steps within the bubble the person and the user's chakra is now within contact of each other.
