What it does:
Bankai: Into Darkness: By saying the phrase " Let us teleport into darkness " Tobi and any or anything he is touching will be teleported into a dimension that is based off of Tobi's true self. Inside the dimension it is a continuous thunder storm that represents Tobi true self as the Thunder God. For this Bankai not meant to being a god jutsu he has to gold on things that is smaller then a mouse for one post. Things that are the same size as a 6'5 human for 5 and things that are the size of a Bijuu for 10. No one can be teleported in unless they give Tobi permission to do so or Tobi forces them in by the post rule one sentence above. While in the dimension Tobi can always see what it going on as he created the dimension with his inner self. The only way to get out of the dimension is to hold the Bankai that teleported you in and know it's name as well as say the phrase to activate the teleportation. To use this ability is 50CP for anything smaller than mouse 75 anything smaller than human and 100 for anything smaller than a bijuu.
Bakai: True Creation: By saying the phrase " Let the creation begin " from within his dimension Tobi can edit anything in his dimension. Whether it is him, another person, a item, or even the dimension it self. Of course any edit put on Tobi or any person or item that goes to the outside world wares off. Tobi can change his dimension with this ability adding buildings and training grounds and other sorts of things. If editing him self from within his dimension Tobi can give him self any type of bloodline or jutsu but it would only be usable from within the dimension if he teleported to the real world with a Sharingan. It would simply disapeer with his real eyes returning. While editing an item Tobi can create items from within his dimension he could either pay in Ryo for the item or wordcount equal to the Ryo. While editing the people in the dimension he can completly erase their jutsu or elements or even there bloodlines. But if they were to escape that would ware off.
