Appearance:
The body of the statue is 200 meters tall and 100 meters wide. The hands behind the statue form a semi circle extending 100 meters away from the body. The user stands atop the statues head.

What it does: The Sage Art Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands is a technique which creates a titanic, many-handed wooden statue that can be freely controlled by the user.

After Kirito enters his Sage Mode he is then able to summon a titanic wooden statue able to easily dwarf a full sized Kyuubi due to the increase in power to his wood element through nature energy. The body of the statue stands 200 meters tall and 100 meters wide. Thousands of hands originate from the statue's back in countless concentric rows, while its two main hands are clasped, as if in prayer. The thousands of hands on the statue's back form a semicircle that extends 100 meters. The statue is formed at SS rank speed from the ground directly underneath Kirito so that he would be standing atop the statue's head. The statue has SS rank health and power and is manipulated at the will of the user at SS rank speed. During and after the statue being formed, it may be manipulated by Kirito up to 100 meters away from him if he leaves the statue's head. If he stays on top of the statue, the statue can go as far as Kirito wishes. The statue is able to be manipulated until it is destroyed or until Kirito releases the Snake hand seal.

The hand seals to perform this jutsu are Ram-Bird-Snake. Kirito must hold the Snake seal for the entire time this jutsu is in use. If Kirito releases the seal or the statue is destroyed, this jutsu may not be used or manipulated again for the rest of the topic.

Which speed is it manipulated at? Thought, reaction, locomotive? Due to the wording I would say thought but thats just me.

Also unless Kirito is on it, it cannot move aside from it's arms correct?

It's just manipulated at SS rank speed controlled by the user. Not based on any specific stat.

And the entire statue can be controlled up to 100 meters away from Kirito if he leaves it's head, though I could make it only the arms if you want
