Wind Style: Rasenshuriken is 2 meters wide. The blades of the jutsu are 15.24cm thick and the sphere in the center has a diameter of 30.48cm.
 

What it does: An elemental variant of the Rasengan technique, Wind Style: Rasenshuriken is a rasengan that takes on the form of a giant fuma shuriken that creates a loud screech-like noise during and after it's formation. Rasenshuriken also takes on the properties of wind nature. The user may throw the rasenshuriken accurately up to 50m, cutting through almost anything in its path to reach its intended target. Once its intended destination is reached, the rasen shuriken may expand at the will of the user to cover 10 meters wide, with the sphere in the center becoming 1.524m in diameter and the blades becoming 76.2cm thick. The rasenshuriken may also be used at point blank range like the rasengan and does not need to be thrown. If the user chooses to throw the rasenshuriken, it may be caught again by the user, a clone of the user and/or chakra arms if the user or it's clones are able to make them. Normally Wind Style: Rasenshuriken will only last 1 post, however if thrown and caught by one of the previous mentioned methods it will remain for 1 more post before dissipating. It may only be caught and relaunched 1 time.

Once hitting its target, the rasenshuriken will propel the target in the direction it is traveling for 10m and then explode into a giant 25m dome-like vortex enveloping the target in the center of the dome. Inside the dome, the target's cellular structure will be attacked by countless microscopic wind blades. Anyone with a health stat equal to or less than S rank caught in the vortex will be unable to move at all for 1 post. They may still perform actions that do not require movement. Anyone caught in the vortex with a health stat of A rank or less will lose the ability to manipulate chakra for 5 posts. Anyone caught in the vortex with a health stat of B rank or less will die.

Wind Style: Rasenshuriken is formed at this jutsu's speed, is thrown at the user's throwing speed and is launched point blank at the user's locomotive speed stat. The bladed edges of this jutsu have a sharpness equal to it's power.
