What it does: this allows the wearer of the black coat to create portals of darkness at C-Rank speed, allowing them to teleport into different places by walking into them and forming a portal at a desired location. However it has the detrimental effect of causing anyone who steps into the portal without A rank or higher willpower to go insane after 2 posts due to the whispers of darkness driving them mad.
