What it does:

Allows the user to cast Tsutsumuaisu anywhere in the user's line of sight up to 50 meters away from their left eye. The size of the ice cannot exceed 10 meters. The user can melt existing black ice at will. The Ice last for the remainder of the topic if not melted by the user and has a health equal to the jutsu's power. The ice does not kill those incased in it as it locks them in a state of suspended animation unaware of their surroundings.  this suspended state occurs after 2 posts of being trapped entirely in the ice. The user is immune to their own ice. Should the user form their ice into constructs that have sharpness, the construct's sharpness is equal to Tsutsumuaisu's power, following the same rules.
