What it does: The user is engulfed with the lightning cloak instantaneously.This unique ability increases speed by 25 and activates a lightning cloak that will shock anyone with 25 power. At Lv1 the range in which the shock can hit is direct conntact. Anyone with health below 25 will feel numbness in there body slowing them down 25 speed.

Backstory: After the events of Basara’s first major beast hunt, the village chief Taliban had issued a year of training in the arts of ninjutsu to him. He was taken to the the shrine of the Thunder God Raijin in order to further his lightning based techniques. Godspeed was one of the first techniques he mastered at this level.

Okay, since this is a D-Rank technique you have to lower that 50. D-Ranks can only add a maximum of 25 to each stat. You've got it for power.

Add something to what it does. Like, it enhances all your stats or just Speed? Also add in the number of stats gained. (I know, you have it under Base Power and Base Speed. But since this is a self-jutsu you should add in the description.)
