What it does: The user is engulfed with the lightning cloak instantaneously. This unique ability increases speed by 50 and activates a lightning cloak that will shock anyone with 50 power. At Lv2 the range in which the shock can hit is at 5m. Anyone with health below 35 will feel numbness in there body slowing them down 35 speed.

Backstory: After the events of Basara’s first major beast hunt, the village chief Taliban had issued a year of training in the arts of ninjutsu to him. He was taken to the the shrine of the Thunder God Raijin in order to further his lightning based techniques. Godspeed was one of the first techniques he mastered at this level
