What it does: One of the secret techniques of the Terumi clan is the ability to surround themselves in a cloud of mist. The Cloud acts the same as the mist concealment technique with the user being able to see through the mist. All victims within the mist are unable to see through the heavy clouds. Even the Sharingan and Rinnegan can't not pierce it's veil.
Using the user's Boil element they can infuse the surrounding mist with a highly acidic form of chakra.
Anything With a Health Rating Below A Loses two rankings in health for each turn spent inside of the mist.
Anything With Health A or above is immune.
Health is reset at the end of the thread.
Rather than summoning the cloud if a cloud of mist already exists they can just infuse it with this jutsu and give it this Jutsu's qualities, but the range is the same. If this is the case the jutsu is reduced to a cost of B.
The User is not effected.

Mist Concealment Technique
Backstory: Gwyn, after activating the Hiding in Mist Technique, proceeds to increase the acidity of the water vapor surrounding her thanks to the technique. In doing so, the technique becomes lethal in its composition, to the point where most structures begin to degrade thanks to the tremendous power of the technique. Despite the technique's usefulness, it can quickly cause harm where Gwyn does not wish for it to occur, and thus, she utilizes it only in situations where she knows that nobody else will be harmed.
