Appearance: It's as if the user were a intangible ghost, passing through physical objects. What more do you want?

What it does: Upon activation, the user can selectively choose to phase through physical objects at will, as an essential stealth technique. They can pass through the ground, walls, trees, bodies of water, and even remain hidden within them. During this period, they are incapable of using any other jutsu, but can suppress their chakra if they have the skill for it. After ending the jutsu, the cooldown will be twice that of the duration in which it was used (if the user attempts to exit a topic to circumvent waiting the cooldown, this cooldown will be carried over into that one as well). Additionally, after releasing the jutsu, the user suffers a mandatory one round cooldown on chakra usage (meaning any and all skills and techniques that require chakra to be used cannot be utilized for a single round).

The user is not immune to chakra while in this intangible state, meaning an opponent striking them or using jutsu towards them will damage them as normal. There is the benefit in that the user can more easily put distance and physical barriers between them and their attacks, however.
