What it Does: The city of Jikoku is in cased in a temporal field that is literal shift in the space time continuum. once stepping through this barrier the user ages 10 years as does the village. Going from an empty field to a fully developed futuristically furnished village. this changes nothing about the people who enter other than their age. when they leave the opposite happens making the ones who exit 10 years younger. This makes the village extremely hard to find. Also it is required to go through the field to arrive in the proper time. if someone teleports through the field they will end up in the bubble with the open field and no change to their age. this does not prevent them from walking out of the invisible bubble. things that enter the bubble seemingly disappear.
also everything that enters the barrier is automatically detected regardless of the objects detect ability. you can't open rifts in the space time continuum without being noticed.
