What it does: This technique acts like a
Shadow Clone jutsu. By using the SHadow clone seals and adding Ram the user can create a max of 2 clones with this jutsu.
The enhancment with this technique is the clone can detonate and warp time around itself. This creates an explosion of tachyon particles 10 meters across that expands at a speed of 80 and lasts 2 posts. Tachyon particles travel faster than the speed of light and it is thought that they are capable of traveling backwards in time. By getting caught in a field of them, anyone but the user or his clones find their time frame dilated. this slows down their perception of the world as the world outside the explosion seems to speed up. While in the warp field EVERYTHING other than the user of this jutsu lose 50 speed and 50 reaction time unless they can stabilize their chakra. Someone is able to stabilize their chakra by having a higher chakra than the power of this jutsu. in which case they are capable of ignoring the field entirely.
However this can slow the target's speed to 0 immobilizing them. if their reaction time is slowed to 0 they will exist in a suspended animation and think nothing has happened until the end of the duration of the warp field.
This Clone(s) can detonate of its own free will or by the user. The clone(s) act as normal shadow clones only detonating themselves when they so choose. The clone will not detonate upon being dealt a fatal blow and will dispel in a cloud of smoke like normal shadow clones.
