Appearance: This Technique appears as green slash in the air.


 

What it does: This is a none elemental based technique. This technique literally eliminates any kind of energy based attacks. It cannot eliminate Taijutsu based attacks or any other kind of physical thing such as weapons, people, places etc. It can however eliminate the presence of energy such as chakra, nature energy, nin, etc. As for a summoning it won't erase the summoned object/creature, it would only reverse summon it. If the power of the jutsu Banishing Shift comes in contact with is less than 100 it would be completely erased. If it exceeds 100 in power then 100 power would be subtracted from the techinque. This attack is met at 100 speed.

Bonus Requirements: Get accepted by the dragons of space and time Palkia and Dialga. Once accepted this ability will be passed down. In order to become accepted by the space/time dragons you must prove you are pure of heart. The teachings won't be passed down to those who seek to destroy rather to protect those precious to you. Also you must met Palkia and Dialga previously for them to oversee your actions.

Backstory: This technique was first awakened by Basara when he was in Cocoyashi village. A group of rogue ninjas had come to attack the village. The rouge ninjas were fended off by the strength of the villagers but they came back to completely erase the village. They banded together to summon an enormous meteor that was hurled from the sky down towards the village. The village was in a panic but came to  realize this would be the end. The village leader embraced Saria and Basara who couldn't understand why this was happening. Basara came to realize the situation, took of his sword and charged towards the meteor. The villagers watched as he desperately tried to destroy the meteor. For just one moment which was all that was needed Basara had been emitting a green light from his body. He swung at the meteor and in no time at all the meteor was completely erased. The vilage as well as the bandits couldn't believe what they just saw. Basara was left unconscious for a week. How did Basara do this? Palkia and Dialga saw the attacks on Cocoyashi village and saw Basara's attempt to single-handedly stop it's destruction. Moved by the young boys determination they temporary granted him the Banishing Shift. Basara was overseen by Palkia and Dialga ever since before he entered Cocoyashi Village. The first time Basara met Palkia and Dialga was when he was still with his parents. Apparently, in order to locate the dragons you must have to travel to the highest summit in the world. The door to Palkia and Dialga's dimension will open to those of pure hearts and only then can you meet them.

Cooldown for this needs to be at least 4 posts. I don't know what you mean by Birth Rite as character specific. If this is a kinjutsu, the requirement needs to be completing a kinjutsu specific mission to gain access to this technique. Once those are fixed I will look at it again

you need to switch the bonus requirements and character specific informaton. Also, How would one gain favor of Palkia and Dialga? Would they be NPCs in the Kinjutsu mission? Would they be dragon summons? You still have the jutsu type as Kinjutsu so due to the rules you MUST make the requirement to learn this completing a Kinjutsu specific mission for this jutsu.
