Human Form: Ryujin has the unqiue ability to transform into a human capable of using Ninjutsu. With the possession of the tide jewels, he can dominion over his area of the ocean and its storms. Dragon King: Being the king of Ryugu-Jo, Ryujin has access to all of the Senjutsu techniques that Kaito knows.

Deadly Scales: Ryujin can fire scales from his body at 70 speed. The scales aren't ordinary projectiles; they can be detonated by Ryujin to set off small explosions, three foot radius blasts with a power of 70. It costs 40 CP to use the technique and 20 CP every post he keeps them activated without detonating.
