Special Abilities:

Cloud Creation - Cloud Creation is a technique that allows Momonosuke the ability to generate clouds out of thin air. These clouds have the ability to mask both him and the summoner. Only the Byakugan can actually penetrate the thick mist with its visual prowess. Any other Dojutsu will fail because the clouds contain Momonosuke's chakra. These clouds can spread out a radius of forty meters and cost the same CP as a D-Rank technique.
