| Unless the clan's natural formation moves at a steady slow pace, I do not see why such a big increase in the speed of this is needed. Plus it would actually rank up their Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu as that is used for determining hand seals, and activation speed even when specified. Also used when two equally powered jutsus clash but yada yada. | |
