What it does:
Five Element Seal is a technique which produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. This is a direct counterpart to Five elements unseal. Knowing either reduces the cost of the other by 1,500 words.
Once applied, victims with less health than the technique power lose consciousness for three posts and victim with less chakra than the technique power get their chakra sealed, their actual chakra stat being halved while under effect and all jutsu taking twice the chakra points.
