 What it does: The user places five seals at planned points, one seal acts as the main seal to protect a structure, an indestructible barrier forming around all entry paths.  The remaining four seals are normally placed in hidden locations, if they are removed the barrier drops.  

These seals can be destroyed by A rank or higher unsealing techniques, costs 1 A rank worth of chakra to use this technique

Backstory:

Indestructible barriers created at C are a bit unbalanced for this site, I'd say bring this up to A with it's effects.
