Kyojin looked around he was in a forest of some sort. A small lake that was about 100 ft wide was to his left. It seemed he was teleported here of some sort." I wonder of Arcanis did this with that jutsu of his " said Kyojin to Kouko and Envy. They both replied no. Kyojin summoned his path to his side. The oranges haired path stood there looking as dead as ever. The wind began to pick up. Was there a storm coming in?

Orochi was heading home after a long grueling day of experimenting on the villagers.  It was a delight to see that a simple thing such as inventing plagues was enough to drive the villages simply mad.  He had to giggle a bit at that.  The little rats that scamper around were ever so amusing.  Speaking of little rats it seems that there was one now. Orochimaru loved to toy with the little urchins who wondered into his forest.  He made a couple hand signs and then walked into the clearing where the man was as well as another man standing nearby looking sickly.  “Welcome weary traveler to my land what brings you here?  My your chakra seems very familiar,  I know I've sensed it somewhere before.  Now where was it?”  Orochi put his thumb to his lip in contempation... “Ah yes that was it you remind me of a man I once killed.  He looked so pathetic I couldn't just leave him there.”  Biting his thumb he would make a couple hand signs and press his hands to the ground.  The summoning seal in place 3 coffins would rise from the ground infront of Orochimaru.  This would happen at a speed of  100.  the coffin lids would fall off and reveal three silhouettes inside.  

“So do you know these people?  They seem to have a very similar chakra signature to your possibly they are related to you?”  in the darkness of the shadows of the trees over head the only detail that would be made out in the coffins were the peoples outlines...and 6 glowing Sharingan.

Ktojin could not see the people for who they were. The shadows blocked there bodies but he could clearly see three Sharingan. "Who did you summon from the ground and how are you able revive the dead " Kyojin would have liked to know how that was possible." Maybe he is a death god " laughed Envy." The only death god I know of is me " said Kouko while laughing. Kyojin face palmed he was in a serious situation and they were arguing over death gods.

Orochi maru smiled his huge snake smile.  A raspy voice eminating from the coffin should bring some sort of emotion to the "Death god".

"Has it been so long that you have forgotten me..."  the man and the two children step out of the coffins the hole in the man's chest still there from the fatal wound that put him in this situation, "...Son?"

But there would be no teary reunion.  A few hand seals and the three of them would fire a combined fireball at the man (combined power 90) now known as kyojin.  But the clone was not done yet.  another sommoning seal caused the forest to creak.  as the entire clearing was surrounded by a massive snake names Mandra.  After summoning the snake the summoner leaped up on top of it's head and would take note of the battle.  There should be at least one witness after all.

Kyojin was mind blowned on who the people were. Tan and Zaku as well as his father were standing in front of him. This had to be an illusion he thought. All three of the revived Uchiha shot a fireball from there mouth. What to do? What to do? Kyojin commanded his path to appear right in front of him. The Deva Path whispered " Shinrai Tensei ". Both of the Deva Path's hands will fly out at the speed of 50. Then a sphere of gravity will shoot from him at the power of 100 and speed of 100. The gravity would destroy the fire balls and would hit the twins and his father hopefully either destroying them or pushing them back. Kyojin commanded the Deva Path to then get out of the way. His Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan was activated at its full glory. Kyojin shot a extreme amount of water from his mouth at the speed of 40 towards where the gravity would go towards the twin and towards the man who revived them. The power of the technique was 50. Kyojin and his path would jump back onto one of the tall trees and watch. Hopefully the attack had hit the four men.

Kyojin 565 CP left activated Mangekyo Sharingan and used Exploding Colluding Wave

Orochimaru Marveled at the man who stood before him.  his moves were swift and his technique was flawless.  His eyes were...."I must have them." 

the gravity pulse from the dead looking guy.  Did knock the summons backward back into Mandra who was unaffected by the blast.  The water attack from the man seemed to target Orochimaru on Mandra's head.  Leaping off mandra's head as the snakes got a refreshing shower orochi maru threw a series of shurieken and did a couple handsigns.  At the same time Mandra would tighten up his body beginning to coil higher.  The snakes coils would now be up to 30 meters tall and the gap in between would only be 50 meters across.  the shuriken trown by the airborn orochimaru would multiply 1000 fold and rain down on everything in the clearing.

Kyojin saw the rain of shuriken and had to act instantly. Kyojin summoned his Susano'o humanoid form. The Susano'o took the hits of the Kunai." So snake man how do you like this " said Kyojin. Kyojin made a Yakama magnatama and throwed it at the snake man with the speed of 100. The Yakama magnatama would hopefully hit the snake man or something and else and explode causing a great explosion. After he through the bomb Kyojin would wait till the bomb exploded and deactivate humanoid form and pull out Samehada and charge the Uchiha who had been on the ground. At the speed of 115 Kyojin would charge to the Uchiha with his clone and stand in front of them saying " let's dance

Before the snake man would put the seal on him Kyojin at his reaction speed would let loose ten inch spikes from each part of his body hopefully stabbing the snake man where his tounge held him. If Kyojin would get away he would get 10 meters away from the man and do the handseals for advent world of a sea of flowering trees at  the speed of 165. Trees would grow out of the ground. Kyojin would command all of the trees to tighten around both legs both elbows and necks of the revived Uchiha and the snake man putting them into restraints. All of the trees moving would happen at the speed of 125. While the snake man was trapped at the speed of 165 Kyojin would run towards him Rasegan in his right hand right at the snake man's head hopefully knocking his head off.

The boy was able to summon spikes that would pierce the Clone's tongue and the clone would drop the kid.  jumping back the boy would begin doing and signs as the clone would leap into the air to attack the boy from above.  and as the boy controled the trees to bind the 4 attackers the 5th would strike.  The attack would come from underneath the boyonly a face would apera in the dirt of the ground before opening his mouth and at a speed of 250 the blade of the legendary sword Kusanagi would shoot forth piercing the boy entirely through his body with no mercy.  The sword upon reaching the brain would kill the young man, preserving most if not all of the boys organs from to much damage.

"Huhuhu need something to study after all."  Orochimaru would let the sword slide back through his lips tasting the blood of his new toy.  "I am sorry it had to end this way...your just not as much fun to play with and now I want to see how you work on the inside."  his eyes flashed and he would drag the boys body off with him.

Ktojin still had a second of life within him while being dragged. In that one she one his life flashed before his eyes. The last thing he saw was standing at the top of the Hokage Tower along side Kirito Arcanis Hikari and some other man.
