HUMAN PUPPETS
Human puppets are much like normal puppets. However instead of creating a body you are using the body of an existing human. This preserves their chakra network and their nerves allowing the utilization of the jutsu that they knew in life. However the body must be in good enough shape to turn it into a puppet. example a dismembered body devoid of blood can be stitched back together. However a body that is torn apart in an explosion would not be able to be pieced back together well enough to utilize the body as a puppet.
Human puppets can only be created from player characters or in rare occasions can be made from event bodies that are granted to player.
Human puppets jutsu: Human puppet jutsu are accessed by tiny mechanisms the size of a thumb tack embedded into the spine of the puppet that channels the jutsu in specific ways to reproduce the jutsu the puppet had in life. As these are varying levels of complexity in chakra manipulation it varies on how hard it is to develop the mechanism. You can spend half the wc the jutsu would normally cost to devlope the mechanism or you can take your puppet to a specialist and have them figure it out for you. however specialists are expensive and they will charge you one and a half times the wc in ryo to design it for you.
Once this mechanism is installed your puppet is able to use that jutsu.
Similarly new jutsu can be developed the same way. You can "teach" your puppet new jutsu as long as they meet the requirement element and stat wise that would be required of a living ninja. other mechanisms can also be installed like a normal puppet. Always take into account the size of the puppet and the size of the mechanism. Don't abuse the system. 400 rocket launchers don't fit in the puppets eye socket.
Human Puppets also have the stats of the human while they were alive however they can not train like normal people so to increase the puppets stats mechanisms must be built and installed.
Turning One's Self Into A Puppet
This is considered by puppet users to be the pinnacle of a puppet masters talent. However this is also considered an abomination by the rest of humanity. This being said one must complete a Kinjutsu mission to achieve this state (even though this is not a jutsu it is required to learn how to under go the transformation).
Humans who have changed into puppets take a variety of forms but every form requires 2 things. one is a core of the users Humanity warped in a small bundle that exists as the puppets last connection to humanity. it also requires a mechanism designed to store their chakra. this does not have to be unique between different puppet bodies but the core does. The core is the weakness and the unique existence of the Human puppet master. once this level is achieved the user can completely customize their body. As their still in control of their own body they retain their own jutsu and learn new ones in the same way. however mechanisms can be used to simulate learning the jutsu. These are the same as the human puppet jutsu mechanisms. However the user had to meet the jutsu's requirements. Also their stats remain the same....permanently. the user can now longer train stats however through the use of mechanisms the user can bolster their stats to a maximum of 200 in each stat just like normal puppets.
