Appearance: Kaito is well statured male, standing at six foot three. The young man is very lean and fit; reaching the near maximum peak of human physique. He's of a light skin complexion and has shoulder length jet black hair, which drops down freely. When his Sharingan is not activated one can see his onyx colored orbs. For his attire he wears ragged black gi and black pants to match with it. The pants are also battered and ragged. Bandaged are his forearms and his calves. (They are wrapped around his black boots) Kaito also bandages his forehead, holding his hair down. Attached to a belt is the sheathe for his kusanagi. To promote his wandering-look, he wears a tan colored poncho over his main gear. There are also three silver chains that rest on his shoulder.

When wearing his War Mask, Kaito changes into a black cloak with the Uchiha crest on the back. Along his lower back, around the waist, is a sheathe that holds his Youkibou.

Personality: Kaito is a very calm and collected soul. Despite the tragic experiences he has lived through, he always manages to maintain a very peaceful personality. It is nearly impossible to move him, or deter him from the calm behavior, even during battle. Kaito is also very intelligent and is considered to be a master strategist. His wisdom is also on par with that of a Hokage, or Kage level shinobi. Some even call him the "Philosopher of the Mt. Kyojin" for his level of wisdom. Something very noticeable about the boy is that he often tends to lighten up the mood with some humor. Unfortunately, it really isn't as good as he thought it'd be. On his free time he likes to venture through the forests to play his ocarina. Besides helping others, it is his favorite past-time. To summarize, Kaito is just a good-hearted young man, also laidback.

When wearing his mask and in the presence of strangers, Kaito puts on a more serious attitude. It's what he calls his "Raikage" mode. This is simply a front to make others believe he's worthy of his title despite his age.

History: Kaito was born to Uchiha weaponsmith, Nigoku Uchiha, and housewife, Kaska Uchiha. He was the youngest child of four children, three brothers. Raised during a time of war between clans, Kaito never had the chance to experience a true childhood. From the get-go he was tossed into war. At the age of five he was already leading his platoon, consisting of his brothers. The boy was forced to take countless lives against his own free will and even witnessed death. He loathed what he was doing and the whole idea of being the superior clan. This war wasn't for him and he did not want his brothers fighting. Unfortunately, they were manipulated by their father and succumbed to the passion for battle! Every single one of them had fallen in battle, leaving Kaito as the only child. It pained him to see his brothers die but he could not change anything. 

By the age of nine Kaito began refusing to go into battle. The boy was banished from his clan after the death of his father. They blamed it on him. A valuable asset to the clan not wanting to fight only resulted in being shunned. Kaito had abandoned his clan and even faked his death, beginning to wander the lands of the Fire Country. He'd become peaceful and would become wise, learning from experiences and nature itself. 

He'd soon find himself getting mixed with a tribe. Befriending a beautiful girl named Kiki and watching her die. It had awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan. Through his travels he had found another Uchiha who also awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan. Together they'd journey, Kaito still dealing with his loss. Both him and the other Uchiha would come across many troubles on their journey. One night proved to be too much. The other Uchiha had fallen in battle and gave Kaito's his eyes so that he could carry on.

Kaito eventually returned to the Fire Country, meeting Kirito and gaining his trust, along with DNA. He'd explain that he'd go to the Lightning Country and settle in there to stop the wars that ravished the lands bordering the villages there. As a result of doing so, he had taken the title of Raikage! The young man now holds the seat and leads his village.
