But in general, one's power can grow 5 to 10 times greater by attaining it. Only the strongest Shinigami can use it, and it is the ultimate technique of a Zanpakutō. - Bankai:
Arcanis Says "Let us dance between the rain, Bankai: Jikan Yugure". though the first half is not necessary. The blade then glows purple for a moment and then a purple aura expands out of it at a speed of 50 to it's maximum range of 20 meters. Within this area the user is granted the ability to slow down time almost completely. Inside the field everything that the user wills is slowed to nearly a stop suppressing it's speed by 150. Should this slow the objects speed to zero it is suspended in time incapable of moving.
The only draw back is that Arcanis cannot impress his will on something he doesn't know about. However this Bankai increases Arcs speed and reaction time by 200.
This is the one of the ultimate forms of Arcanis's Zanpakuto proving he is the undisputed ruler of time itself.

The blade then dissapearsand a clear bubble expands at a speed of 50 to it's maximum range of 20 meters. Within this area the user project the ultimate spacial jutsu changing the physics of the world to that of Arcanis's home dimension. Absolutely no chakra works here. This includes but not limited to jutsu, bloodlines, bijuu, Items abilities that require a cp cost, skills that require or effect chakra or jutsu. This applies to everyone in the sphere. this also sets the chakra of everyone in the bubble temporarily to 0. this will not make anyone pass out do to them not requiring chakra in the bubble. leaving the bubble returns everything to normal. This ability doesn't cancel this ability until the end of the 4 post duration
