History: The Chozen have since the very beginning been those who had strong hearts.  Be it strength in the light or strength in the dark.  When A chozen takes up their Keyblade they become a fighting force capable of saving planets or crushing solar systems.  It all comes down to the strength of their heart.

What it does: Strength of Heart is the Bloodline of the Chozen and it allows the Chozen to wield a powerful weapon known as the Keyblade.  Though it is known to be able to be touched and held by those without the bloodline, those with the bloodline have dominion over the blades.

When Acquiring the bloodline the user is granted a Kingdom Key (Keyblade) weapon.

All Keyblades the user owns is sealed in the users “Heart”  a special dimension for that specific purpose. (though jutsu can be made within this bloodline to interact with the ”Heart”)  At a speed of the users reaction speed . The user can summon or desummon a keyblade from their “Heart” into their hand or hands.  Additionally the user, holding dominion over the keyblades, Can summon to their hand any keyblade within 10 meters of them that is not being held in the grasp of a Chozen.  However until they claim the keyblade as their own(end of topic) they can not store it in their Heart.  Should the Keyblade belong to another Chozen, it's owner may summon the blade back to their hand bypassing the previous stated rule about being in the grasp of a Chozen.  All summons and desummons are done with a flash of light or darkness (depending on the user) instead of a puff of smoke.  Also all summons and desummons act as a separate cast of this bloodline, requiring D-ranked Chakra cost.  Additionally, if a Chozen's keyblade is destroyed, instead it is desummoned to the Chozen's Heart for the remained of the topic.  This FORCES the use of a D-ranked chakra payment even if it reduces the user's to 0.

This Bloodline also allows the User 4 drive forms and a specialty drive form.  The drive forms are free at these ranks.  Specialty forms must be registered and learned

The actual forms will be Jutsu which must be registered.  The Specialty form reflects the users heart and therefore will be unique to each Chozen.  They must register this form themselves.  The other four forms will be created already.

But isn't it a BL? If it doesn't take up a BL slot it should probably take up another slot, say DS or DF?
