What it does:
The user can apply with touch and or with the Uzumaki Chakra chains, a seal that literally seal a target's eye senses. Once applied the target loses complete blindness including Doujutsu and/or Eye features of any kind for a total of 6 post. After the sixth post the target is immediately restarted with no damage.

Resist: If the Willpower is equal or higher than the users Fuinjutsu it will successfully be repealed.

....Haha with the chains? I dunno maybe a general touch attack. Needs a resist for god damn sure though. Cool down needs to be much longer.

Yeah but as a B rank it was too much for the chains to do as well yaknow?

I like the resist but you have to do is equal to or higher, also it woul block out seeing doujutsu skills but what about ones that are just shooting chakra to the eye to activate. How would it block those?

techniques like Susanoo and Tsukiyomi can still be used. Just the function of vision itself will be negated.
