Appearance: The strings of Cross Tail are made even thinner than usual. Targets could detect the strings because of the reflections of light on to the strings will reveal there locations.


 

What it does: This is a none attack based jutsu. This jutsu is meant to target and locate those who come in contact with these (thinner than a strand of hair) strings. Once contact is made with these strings the target gets attached to the string. The user is then notified nearly instantaneously and will know the exact location of the target. When the target is caught an additional 5 chakra points will be reduced from the user.

Backstory: During a hunt Basara had come up with a plan on catching his next meal. Using a portion of his chakra he was able to manipulate Cross Tail, making the strings thinner. With a bit of chakra added to the string, it is able to stick to whatever living creature came into contact with it. With that he was able to capture and locate multiple targets for great feast to satisfy his hunger.

This is a D rank jutsu, therefore the strings need a way to be seen or detected as well as the CP drain needs a resist stat. Oh and resize the image or put it in a spoiler please

what do you mean by resist stat? like element resistance

No like, the strings will reduce the CP of anyone caught in them by 5 per string who's chakra stat is lower than the power of this jutsu. <-that kind of resist
